  1. Propose an activity that you can use in your classroom to create a safe and emotionally supportive environment for learning;

Taking students for a short 10-minute walk around the school before starting the class. The walk can be done quietly, in pairs, or in small groups while encouraging light conversation. The teacher supervises and ensures a calm and safe environment.

2. Describe when you would use the activity (e.g. at the beginning of the school term; at the end of the school day etc.);

This activity would be used every moring before lessons begin, which can also be used after long breaks or when students need a reset before learning.

3. Explain how the activity helps students learn and also creates a safe and supportive learning environment;

Walking in the morning helps students feel relaxed and ready to learn. Light physical activity improves focus, energy, and mood. So, students who feel stressed or tired can reset their minds before the lessons.

In addition, walking together also builds positive relationships among students. When students talk informally, they develop friendships and feel more connected esp for boys. This create a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable and safe.

4. Explain how using the activity can help the teacher manage the classroom or the learning space.

I think this activity can help to reduce restlessness and disruptive behavior because students have already released some energy before class. As a result, they are more likely to sit calmly and pay attentionn during lessons.

Furthermore, the teacher can oberserve students' behavior and mood during the walk, makinng it easier to address any issues early. Overall, this leads to a smoother and more effective start to lesson.
