By joining this course, I got so many skills and theories that teachers should apply. Next the lessons from the course are well-explained and clear or easy to understand. And also videos are included so that we can connect with our real situation or our experiences from the past. Moreover, I was suprised one thing when we talk about student's behavior or acedemic actions, it is shaped by many layers. Sometimes we might think a student is just lazy and does not respect teacher but we do not know what's the real story behind them. However, I understand ecological system that shaped students life. So that I also learn how should we respon when we see students who are not normal or change their behaviors as a teacher. Another thing is learning environment is not physical, it is inculded emotional. By promoting both physical and emotional learning environment, we can create safe and supportive space for students in conflict and crisis setting. The lessons that I got from this course help me foster my critical thinking and understanding more in teacher's role. As a reason, I incresae new step for my career by joining this course.
