For first week, I learn that how the teachers can create safe learning environments in conflict and displacement areas. I also learn  what to do in place that with limited resources. We can use materials around us just like color water or rice bag to create supportive learning. This make me realize, don't limited yourself and be creative. Moreover, I understand that we can use 6 types of learning types in the classroom. It will be more effective to use combining learning types instead of use one types. 

For second week, I figure out  Ecological systems theory. This topic give me skills to how to find out students background and ways to know more about  them and how to understand learner perspectives. This very helpful because, students come from different place so they may behave differently. We can't judge them by their behavior because, we don't know what behind them. If we use Ecological systems theory, we know what they need and the teachers also can figure out ways to bear with those students. 

For third week, this week focus on social and emotional learning. This is very important thing as well. I learn how to make the students to improve their social skills and emotional development . The goal is  for students  to understanding people around them and  manage their emotions effectively. It is important that students do not only improve academically, but also develop positive attitudes, good behavior, and a sense of responsibility.
