Share experience of Rebo

Rebo is a good tool to help learners and teachers with their study plan and classroom activity because it can suggest and discuss ideas with you. It can also explain the effectiveness of different lessons to apply in classroom. 

However, the tool does not work when I try to chat and it shows error. Therefore, I would like to know can we use only one time or is it error happen often. If it is like this, it can disturb learners or teachers with their learning.

It is better work and use for learners if it is level up version or check technical error.
