During this week, I learned many new things and gained a lot of knowledge. This was my very first time attending teacher training, and I realized that teachers play a vital role in education. Good quality education really depends on the teacher. I learned how to be creative and handle teaching in areas with limited resources. I also studied theories such as the conversational framework, VPLP, ecological theory, SEL, and the principles of a good learning environment, which I plan to apply in my teaching. This training gave me precious knowledge, and every topic I learned connected with my own experience. I realized what I need to improve and how I will apply these ideas in the future. If I have the chance, I hope to share this knowledge with my community. I will also try to use everything I learned as much as I can. I really enjoyed the training, although it was sometimes a bit boring because we had to study by ourselves. Still, I appreciate that the facilitators made the training interesting and useful.
