Through out the week of attending the course, I learn many valuable things that help me grow mentally and professional. The lessons encourage me to write and reflect about how I teach and interact with my students in the classroom. Before moving to the writing part, the course give knowledge and documentary videos that show different teaching methods, which let me reflect on my own practice and prepare to improve some strategies for interacting with students. Some lessons was directly relevant to situation I already experience, so I able to apply them easy in my teaching. At times, I feel a bit boring with the writing tasks, especially because spending the whole day in front of the screen is tiring and effect our focus. But the teacher make the sessions more engage by including physical activities, which give us energy and help us stay motivate. I also appreciate that the training provide not only knowledge but also practical support, like food, which make the experience more enjoyable. Overall, the course was meaningful because it combine theory, reflection, and practice, and it give me opportunities to grow as a teacher while also keeping me engage and supported.
