Learning from the course

I have learned about social and emotional learning from this course, which goal is to help students feel relaxed, build connections, and prepare mentally for learning. What worked well is changing positive in students' mood and focus. I also noticed better interaction between students, as they had time to talk informally and feel more comfortable with each other.

However, there were some challenges like managing time is difficult ( the activity sometimes go longer than planned).

What surprised me most is how effective a simple activity could be. Even students who are usually quiet or less engaged seemed more open and willing to participate.

Overall, this experience showed me that small strategies can have a big impact on studens' emotional well-being and readiness to learn.
