This week, I used what I learned from this course about creating a safe and supportive classroom by trying a simple group discussion activity and demostration. It worked well because my peers started to share more and listen to one another. I believe this method will also work well in a classroom activity although some students will feel shy and will not speak much. Nevertheless, in a group discussion with our peers, I was satisfied that there is more participation in our group discussioin and even a small change in how we react make us feel more comfortable and improve our participation as a team.
