Practice and further reading

In this week you have been introduced to a number of ideas and models about different types of reflection. The key thing about this course however is not so much the theory but the practice of reflection.

Practice

  • For the rest of this week it would be very useful for you to continue with your reflective practices so that you become more comfortable with them and they start to become second nature. There are two days allocated for doing this.

  • From the models that you have been introduced to can you create your own model that suits you best?

  • Try not to skip ahead to the next week, it is important to give yourself time to practice reflecting.

  • Also continue to interact with the group of fellow students if you have one and reflect on their thoughts.
