In the classroom, I try to organize seating and learning spaces so that students feel included and able to participate. I establish clear rules and routines to create a positive and predictable environment together with students. This helps students feel secure and reduces disruptive behaviour even from teh beginning without enforcement. I have noticed that when the classroom is well-structured, children are more confident to engage in learning and support each other.
