My name is Naw Eh Ka Pru Soe and I come from Karen State. I have learned and experienced throughout my education journey. The teaching and learning system was low level when I was a high school student. This means that the education system slow downed the students' critical thinking and creativities to explore new things and environment. In my own experience, students have to memorize everything by heart to take the exam. There was only teacher-centered system. However, when I attended one of the college in my community, I learned how to think in group discussion and participated in school events and activities. This learning method improve my personality and communication skills. I believe that students and teacher should collaborate each other to create effective learning environment.
