Teachers creating safe spaces

I would like to share my opinion about how can teachers create safe spaces for the students. To be able to create a safe space for the students, teachers have to give equal opportunity to the students, classroom should be a sanctuary where students learn without fear of speaking up, and bounding with the students not only as their teacher but also as their friend or family member. By developing those things mentioned above will create safe spaces for the learners.
