As a local teacher, my first priority is to develop myself rather than immediately share what I learn from this course. I hope to gain the professional knowledge needed to teach more effectively and to provide a safer and more supportive learning environment for my students, both physically and emotionally.

After gaining this knowledge, I plan to share it first with the teachers who co-teach with me and with my student interns, as they are the people I work with most closely every day.

In the long term, I hope to extend this knowledge not only to my students and coworkers, but also to other local teachers in my community.

I believe it would be more effective to organize face-to-face workshops, as we have limited access to computers and the internet. In addition, in-person workshops are often more effective than online learning in our context.

I have some experience using auto-translation tools, such as Google Translate and other applications.
