Teachers are playing the most vital role to help the learning more engaging and effective. Firstly, teachers need to be humble and flexible to approach without judgement and discrimination that mostly I used to experience at my younger-self. So that, the learning will feel safe among the students. Later on, teachers will gain trust from students and students will be able to express their needs from learning and so on. That will create not only the strong relationship among teachers and students but also help learning to be safe spaces.
