I will definitely share what I have learn here to my friends and coworker because they all need to know how to teach and support the students. it is the most important thing that we should know as a teacher to teach the best for students. 

I think it would be very useful to set up face-to-face workshops for my colleagues. These workshops would allow teachers to exchange ideas, learn new teaching methods, and support each other. It would also create a more collaborative environment among teachers.

To organize these workshops, I would need some support, such as training materials, guidance on how to lead workshops, and possibly some financial support for space and resources. I would also need help with planning activities that are engaging and practical for teachers.

Auto translation apps are good for the person who want learn know thing that have no their local language. It help to understand difficult texts and learn new vocubularies between languages but sometimes the spellings and the meanings are not completely correct and we cannot  completely reline on that translations.
