Yes, I do want to share what I learn with other teachers around me. In our context, we don’t always have many chances to learn new things, so sharing even small ideas can make a big difference.

And I do believe face-to-face workshops would be really helpful because the participants can talk openly, ask questions, and learn from each other’s real experiences, not just theory and finally can lead to the new and better ideas, solutions, and theories by doing this.

To make that happen, of course we would need simple materials, a place to meet, and maybe some support or guidance from the reliable organization or programs on how to organize the sessions. Additionally, we would need funding as well.

For auto-translation apps, I feel they are helpful but not fully reliable. Sometimes the meaning gets lost, especially with Burmese or Karen, but they still help us understand the general idea when we are stuck.
