Yes, I would love to share everything that I learned here with other teachers, as I believe that most of the teachers, including me, in my local place still need proper trainings and guidances.

2. Do you think it might be useful to set up face-to-face workshops for your colleagues?

As for me, I think face-to face workshops would be the most useful and effective method for my colleagues. Because some of the teachers have limited resources like electronic devices, basic ICT skills, and even Internet access. Moreover, face-to-face workshops would bring all the teachers together at one place, sharing one's experiences and teaching techniques interactively.

3. What other help would you need to do this?

The first thing I would need would be moderators or volunteer teachers who would help with the workshops. And other resources like learning materials, proper workshop plans, a translator in some cases...

4. What kind of experiences have you had with auto-translation apps?

I usually use AI tools for the translation. It works really well for the main languages of specific countries. However, the translation for the ethnic dialects are not accurate and contextual. It mostly translate in direct way, which makes the meaning of the sentence wrong and sometimes even off meaning.
