how can teachers create safe spaces? (discussion)

Teachers play an important role at school by teaching students and create learning styles in classroom. Teachers must collaborate with other colleagues to discuss students' improvement and  keep creating effective learning methods by having staff meeting with their own. Teachers then must be creative by looking at individual student's activities because students have different learning styles. For example, some student learn by touching while others are better at listening and visualising. Importantly, teachers must use teacher-centered and student-centered to create effective classroom.

To create a safe space for students, it is not only the responsibilities of teachers. It is necessary the collaboration of community and organization to support students and teachers. For example, safe learning spaces need safe and quiet buildings, learning materials to support students, and access to qualified education to improve their abilities to communicate and explore other things apart form school curriculum. School must be cleaned and provided healthy food for students and teachers especially migrant schools or conflict areas.
