Yes, I planned to share what I learn here with my other teachers in my local context because I think that this source might be helpful for them, and they will gain more knowledge about teaching from this source. It will be very useful for some people who are planning to teach but need more skill about teaching. They can use this source to build their skills.

In addition, I think it might be very useful to set up face-to-face workshops for my colleagues because some of them have no idea about online learning, and they have never known how to attend study online? Moreover, some of them have no technical basic skills, and it might be very hard for them to attend this course online. Some people also cannot study online because they cannot concentrate on it. So, it might be very useful to set up face-to-face workshops.

To set up face-to-face workshops, I would need some materials such as marker pen, white board, projector, and some friends to help me to set up this. I would also need someone to help me translating languages. For example, English to Karen, English to Burmese, or Karen to Burmese.

Furthermore, I would like to talk about the challenges that I have with the auto-translation apps. The auto-translations apps do not work perfectly, sometimes they change the meaning of the sentences, and they also change the grammar of the sentence. They mostly translate the languages directly. Sometimes, the translated ones are informal, but most of the time they are very formal. Personally, I do not really like the auto-translation apps. I prefer humans to translate the languages.
