After I read about this course, I learned many useful things that will boost my perspective from the education field. Furthermore, this course gives me methods that I can use it while I am teaching. Therefore, I plan to share what I learn here to people who eager to know about it.

According to my perspective, I think it might be useful to set up face-to-face workshop, because it will be a practical experience for them rather than reading and learning about it. Moreover, if the colleagues have face-to-face workshop, they will also gain more knowledge about the real experience from the people who they work with. 

By gaining this information, they can also report to the supporting organizations and they will find way to create new opportunities for them.
