Teacher plays very important role to create safe spaces for young people. To make sure every students are safe is the most important thing for teachers. To create safe spaces, firstly teachers should treat equally to all of the students. Not giving them only equality but also giving them equity. Next there is main thing to listen to student as well. It makes students feel more comfortable at school. When teachers listen to them, they will know more about the situations in the class, the feelings of students, and make strong relationship between teachers and students.
