Non- conflict areas, In my view, teacher play crucial role in the school. They can create safe spaces by treat students equally base on their gender, skin color and skills. They have to make sure that the students were not be abuse or bully by someone else in the school. Moreover, teachers can give options to the students in the classrooms to create trusted and safe learning in the classrooms. 

Conflict areas, look back to our Myanmar country, the war are ongoing and the students doesn't have safe place to study. As a teachers, we can help them by making some space that safe to hide near school to avoid attack. It would be good to have notifications that let the students know that the dangerous are coming.
