Yes, I definitely plan to share what I learn. Since I work closely with other teacher at Minmahaw , sharing new teaching strategies like simpler ways to explain the topic or demonstrate by using real tool helps all of us improve. I believe that when teachers collaborate, the students benefit the most.
I think face-to-face workshops would be very useful. In our local context, sitting together to practice lesson delivery or discuss classroom challenges is much more effective than just sharing a document. It allows us to ask questions and try out new activities or new leaning way together before we demonstrate to the students.
To do this effectively, I would need a dedicated time in our weekly schedule for professional development. Additionally, having access to more teaching resources- printed worksheets, a projector, or others material use for lesson would help me demonstrate the methods I've learned more clearly to my colleagues.
I use auto-translation apps frequently to help clarify complex English grammar or to translate technical math terms into Burmese. While they are very helpful for quick understanding, I have learned that they aren't always perfect with tone or specific context. I usually use them as a starting point and then double-check the sentences to make sure they sound natural.
