As i read in the passages, teachers are from camps and migrants teachers. I had some similar experience with those people. We migrants teachers, doesn't have legal document to going out and there are many difficulty that we teachers and students face. The classrooms are small and it hot inside and students can't fully focus on their study. Moreover, we have to be very friendly with the neighbor cause they can do something to our school if we did something that they don't like.
