In my opinion, teachers have a very important role in making schools safe. First, A teacher must make the classroom a peaceful place and respectful place for every student without bullying and no violence. Second, teachers must act as protectors. Moreover, teachers must help students to think for themselves critically.

In our community, schools follow basic but important guidelines to keep everyone safe :code of conduct, emergency procedures, physical security, child protection policy.

I believe the best way to advocate for safe schools is through community Awareness: meetings with parents, student voice, using education as a tool.

To make schools even safer, we could focus on these three areas: Metal Health support, Better communication Systems, Stronger partnerships.
