• What kinds of challenges do you face in your context?

Teaching the adolescences as your age is very difficult responsibility that I have been facing. Sometimes, you will get some misbehave from them, and when you deliver the lessons, they will give some disrespectful manners. The most challenging part is as you are an educator at the same time as a learner in migrant community with limited opportunities, it is heartbreaking experiences that seeing students lose their chances to continue their higher education when you cannot give some good advice where to keep the education on. 

• What have you done to address them?

I have done to address them by creating a good relationship among them. For example, relating the lessons to share and open more, talking to them more and emphasizing their experience help creating safe environment.
