One activity that I often use in my teaching, especially as an icebreaker, is the “hot potato” game combined with a spinning wheel of questions. In this activity, music is played while students sit in a circle and pass an object to one another. When the music stops, the student holding the object must answer a question selected from the spinning wheel.

This activity is enjoyable because it includes music and movement, which helps students feel more excited and engaged. By using the spinning wheel, I can control the type of questions, ensuring they are appropriate and not offensive.

Overall, this activity creates a fun and positive learning environment where students can relax, participate actively, and get to know each other better.
