Creating supportive learning evnironments

In my classroom, I create a supportive learning environment by using morning activities or warm up to help students feel relaxed and ready to learn. I also encourage them to speak English without fear of making mistakes. When students are shy or make errors, I do not criticize them. Instead, I support them and help them improve. This makes students more confident and willing to participate.
