To create such safe places, we need to conduct deep research into a place until we can be sure and confirm that it is safe from any kind of attack or violence. 

First of all, we need to select a place which has friendly neighborhoods. The purpose is to ensure the safety of the students and educators and in emergency case when we can get help from our neighbors. 

Secondly, we need an environment suitable for studying. A place which doesn't cause disturbance for the students and educators during precious lecture time. 

Lastly, when we build a place to study; for example: school, classroom or lecture hall, we need a good construction materials to build a study school. We need basic school material and other needs that are safe for the students to use.
