If I am a teacher in my community, I want to create a friendly environment between teacher and students. I want to all position when they need like a friend, teacher and sometime parents because I don't be like " I am your teacher. Respect me".  So that they can express their feeling, problem with the lesson or personal issue openly. Then I want opened conversation between me and students because I sometime might do some mistakes they don't like in the class. Thus, I can avoid those. To make them more connected, I will try to call their name so that they feel cared in the class and play games which related to the lesson to review the lesson I have taught. I also personally like to play game in the class since I was a student.
