Is your day like this

I would like to share some similarities with my own experiences as a teacher assistant. Being a teacher at Minmahaw means dealing with many responsibilities and challenges. For example, I must manage my time for both personal tasks and academic studies.

I often teach students who are the same age as me or even older. Sometimes, I meet students who lack the foundations of a subject, which means they are not on the same page as their classmates. I also have to stay very prepared for students who ask unexpected or difficult questions. Furthermore, I occasionally substitute for my colleagues when they are in meetings or can not come to school due to other issue.

In addition to these tasks, I have to think about financial support and my plans for the future. Although these situations are challenging, I never panic during class. I stay calm and encourage my students. I also take notes on everything I need to discuss with my lead subject teacher or I ask some feedback for my students about what should i improve or what do they want to learn more other knowledge. When the GED program opened, I have felt more exhausted because I need to Prepare very hard to get into the program.
