creating supportive learning environments

We can clearly see that activities make the children become closer with their teachers in the video. In my experience, discussing and activities are really necessary for the students to overcome their fear of communication.

In my perspective, discussion is vital for sharing ideas and knowledge and improving communication skills by encouraging them to become active in the conversation. Moreover, reading time is essential for the students to have at least 30-minute per day to develop self-improvement. Planning time for break every after classes to refresh them in order to create an attentive and interesting class. Then, having fun activities during recess time results in good impacts on the students.

Most importantly, teachers should be good examples for the students who are actively learning from them.
