Using the learning types in your teaching (discussion)

In a recent session where I was the teacher, I used several learning types to create a balanced experience. For Acquisition, I explained new vocabulary with very simple definitions and examples. For Inquiry, I encouraged students to ask questions about words they did not understand. Discussion happened when I asked them to share answers with the class, and Practice was included through exercises and repetition. I used Collaboration by mixing students into different groups so they could learn from each other, and Production when they created sentences or demonstrated science concepts using paper sheets. Overall, this combination worked well because it kept students engaged and gave them different ways to learn. However, I think I could involve more Inquiry by letting students design their own questions, and more Production by asking them to present short role‑plays or projects. A better balance of these learning types would make the lessons even more interactive and meaningful.
