I have some experiences in private tutoring a few students, but never before with so many students at school. I may not experienced it directly, but I have seen what difficulties must one face as a teacher throughout my live as a student in the past.

Some teachers do not have enough time to teach burdened by health issue, some may not have time to spend with loved ones so that they can teach the students at school, some have no choice but to teach as they don't have job opportunity, some teach because they do not have enough finance to pursue higher education.

Nevertheless, despise these difficulties, without any discouragement, some are still standing strong, and moving forward with courage. They may have limited opportunity but their will is not to be underestimated.
