When I was a student, I still remember our teacher let us to create practical tools group project for Newtons laws. We use cardboard, plastic and some available materials to demonstrate the lesson. It was really helpful to understand the lesson effectively.
As a teacher, I usually include speaking part for English class called " Swap Question". I create different questions for the students. They get one question per each and ask that question to one of your classmates and switch the question with them and find new classmate until you finish asking everyone. It was really fun and active with different voices in the classroom. It also helps them to get to know more.
