creating supportive learning environments

Have you found any ideas in the Class Routines resource or Padlet that you could use in your teaching?

Of course, I used to with these kind of Class routines. It is really good for a teacher and it is very helpful. The things that I like the most is reward system and punishment system. If the students do great work, they will get reward for that. If they did not do or neglect it, they will definitely get punishment base on their actions. For the reward system, most of the students are interested in that but some of them would not care about that. So, we need to research them carefully and handle them wisely base on their behaviors or actions. All the things that mention from the Class Routines resource are really precious and helpful for all the teachers. I get a lot of ideas and I will use it when I become a volunteer teacher after finishing my degree. I will also apply these when I am teaching violin.
