Teachers can create safe place by pay attention and be active listening to students while students are explianing their opinion. Give them a great feedback without  judgement. Another things are treat them equally and take care of their emotional as well because schools are not a place where students feel loneliness and bully by others, a place where we can freely to express our opinion, stay with healthy mental health, and learning safety.
