In my english class, I use A4 papers and draw some pictures on the papers. first I write down phrases that I will teach and let them copyin their note book. Next I read out loud and they follow me. At the same time I show the pictures that I draw and explain the phrases. I take amoment for pronunciation and understanding the meaning. After that I divide them into groups and let them get into group. Then I show one picture and and one person from each group have to answer. A person who get the answer first, get one point. After all students finish, I count the points and give them some candies for all students.
