I am a young, inexperienced teacher in the migrant community of Mae Sot. My daily work schedule is simple due to my flexible working environment. Permit me to share my day as a post-secondary teacher. My work usually begins exactly at 8 o'clock in the morning, and it ends at three past ten in the afternoon. I teach 24 hours per week to raise students' potential and critical thinking. I had faced so many challenges regarding to my teaching experience. Despite those challenges, I'd like to share one of my recent barriers. That was a period where I was teaching a new social stuides topic that was unfamiliar with my students. I was such a time when I felt most stressed throughout that academic year. The reason was that there were more students who could not catch up with the lesson. But the students were brave enough to speak up about the lesson that they were not clear about. Additionally, I spend extra time for those who couldn't catch up with the lesson at night. Since the students are eager and motivated to study hard, it made me put more effort and reliance on my work.
