Creating supportive learning environments

 

Since I mainly taught the students between the age of 5 to 15 years old, it was a bit challenge for me to handle all the students at the same time. Therefore, firstly, I had to try to adapt with them to know more about the students. Instead of being as a teacher who taught them, I tried to mentor and guide them. 

I always let them telling with one example which is related to their environments or their favourite things. So that the other students migh remember with idea with different perspective.
