how do you make change with limited resources

Yes, I believe I can tackle some teaching and learning challenges by creating similar resources at my school. For example, when students have difficulty understanding a topic, I can design simple worksheets, visual aids, or short summaries to help them learn more easily. These resources can make lessons more engaging and easier to understand.

I also have some experience in making my own learning materials. For instance, I created practice questions and short notes to help students prepare for exams. I tried to use simple language and clear examples so that students could study by themselves. In addition, I sometimes used pictures and diagrams to explain difficult concepts, which helped students remember the information better.

From my experience, creating my own resources is very useful because I can adjust them to match my students’ level and needs. It also allows me to be more creative and improve my teaching skills.
