Using the learning typess in my teaching

I haven't got enough experience to make an effective learning yet. However I have been attending teacher training and I have learned the teaching cycle. We have five steps, they are identify, plan, teach, assess, and evaluate. Whenever I teach I always follow this five steps and it really works. Before I teach I always draw a lesson plan.
