1. What are your reflections on the learning you have been through on the course? Have you changed any of your ideas about teaching, or approaches to learning?

I have learned so many things and it made me feel like there are still a lot of things I needed to become a better teacher. Now I know that resources that restrain you from teaching, but you can imagine and use what you have to make a better learning environment. Routines are essential inside the classroom to make sure your class feel comfortable and safe to share the students ideas and thoughts. Conversational framework is the key to make sure that the learner are learning at their full capacities and that the teachers played important role as the most important resources for the learner.
