I think this training course if really helpful, especially the topic of 6 types of learning. During the discussion of the day, I have gained so many ideas about teaching. These 6 types of learning help students study effectively.

Moreover, it is important that students should also share their ideas to their peers as well. Another thing that I learned is that if collaboration and discussion are not the same. Discussion is just like a brainstorming, which means students can have so many ideas and they can talk about it. On the other hand, collaboration about goal, students may have so many ideas, but they would only choose one thing or agree on one thing and come up with a goal.  

Furthermore, not only the teachers should teach and speak. The students should also have a chance to ask and speak up, which is conversational learning. With these 6 types of learning, it would be easier for the teachers to teach, and it will also help the students learning new things effectively.
