In a recent lesson, I used different learning types to create a balanced experience. I started with a short explanation (acquisition), then asked students questions (discussion). After that, students worked in groups to complete a task (collaboration) and practiced using new knowledge (practice).
This worked quite well because students were active and engaged, and they could understand the lesson better. However, I think I could improve by adding more creativity, such as letting students create something or share their own ideas.
In the future, I will try to include a better mix of learning types to make lessons more interesting and effective.
