I really plan to share what I learn with other teachers in my community because this is an effective and useful way to learn and teach. Currently, I am not a teacher yet. Setting up a face-to-face workshop like this is very useful for my colleagues, especially those who are interested in teaching, like me, but don't have access to this kind of workshop. There are a lot of untrained teachers in the Karen community who are willing to serve their community. From my perspective, if we could set up the teaching workshop like this, it would not be useful but helpful for the effective learning environment. Besides setting up teaching workshops along the Thai-Myanmar border, if we could also set up the places where trained teachers are needed, such as Karen remote villages, it would be a great opportunity for them. 

For the translation apps, I personally prefer to use an English-to-English dictionary like Oxford learning's dictionary rather than the translation apps that translate the passage or sentence directly to the sign languages or stuff like that.
