reflections on the week (discussion)

This course has helped me reflect on my teaching and understand the importance of creating a safe and supportive learning environment. I have learned that teaching is not only about giving knowledge, but also about supporting students’ emotional and social needs.

I have changed some of my ideas about teaching. Before, I focused more on explanation, but now I see the value of using different learning types, such as discussion, collaboration, and practice, to make lessons more engaging.

I will try to apply these new approaches in my teaching to improve students’ learning experience.
