So far in this course, I have practised several important skills, including understanding how conflict affects education, applying theories like the VPLP Framework and Ecological Systems Theory, and finding creative solutions to teaching challenges. I have also improved my communication and reflection skills by sharing ideas and learning from others.

These skills support my overall learning goals by helping me become a more effective and inclusive teacher who can adapt to different learning environments, support diverse students, and create a positive and safe classroom even in difficult situations.
