  • In our context, education is a victim, perpetrator, liberator, and peacebuilder. Schools are targets during civil wars, and some lack opportunities to continue education, which leads to less interest in learning. Education in our context is also a liberator because it teaches us about human rights and equality across diverse genders.

    In our school, we also have peace education classes and training, and students are interested in learning about peace. Therefore, we can say that our school is a peacebuilder
