Theory in practice

This theory helps teachers understand that students’ learning is affected by their life outside school, especially in conflict situations. Family, experiences, and environment all play a role.

It helps teachers be more patient and understand students better. For me, it shows that I should support students not only in class, but also by understanding their background and creating a safe learning environment.
